Planning your circuit transfers in advance will help you enjoy a stress-free Grand Prix weekend.
Our concierge service can help you arrange public transportation, chauffeur-drive or helicopter transfers to get you to and from the circuit over the Grand Prix weekend.
In-house chauffeur-drive service
Our experience arranging Grand Prix travel has taught us the importance of transportation to and from the circuit. We have a team of drivers with experience of driving at Formula 1 Grand Prix events. Drivers are all English- speaking and have excellent knowledge of the best routes to and from the circuit.
In addition to taking you to and from the circuit, your driver will be on stand-by for local excursions and journeys to and from restaurants and bars. You will have the same driver throughout the weekend.
Circuit transfers are arranged to your schedule, so you decide how structured your weekend should be.
In-house chauffeur-drive packages start at €3,200 per vehicle from Friday to Monday at 2pm. Parking permits will also need to be purchased with your tickets.
Local chauffeur-drive service
If you do not require the level of service and convenience offered by our in-house chauffeur-drive service we have also established relationships with local chauffeur-drive companies.
Many local drivers speak English however it is unlikely that you will have the same driver throughout the weekend.
Return circuit transfers start at €250 per day based on 1 - 4 people in a standard sedan. Parking permits will also need to be purchased with your tickets.
Train
The closest train station to the Red Bull Ring is Knittelfeld and most major cities in Austria offer services running to this station. More information about the frequency and prices of these trains can be found on the OEBB website.
The "Freizeit-Ticket" is a 1- day ticket for the entire province of Styria and is valid either on a Saturday or on a Sunday. It costs €11 per day and can be booked in advance. Please note, it is only valid for regional trains. From Knittelfeld train station you can transfer on to the free shuttle buses to take you directly to the track.
Bus
Regional buses run more regularly than usual to compensate for the increase in passengers over race weekend. Additionally, free shuttle buses run from both Knittelfeld train station and Judenburg bus station directly to the circuit over the race weekend.
Buses from Judenburg Bus Station run every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 20:00 Buses from Knittelfeld Train Station run every 20 minutes between 08:00 and 20:00.
Eventbus will also be running buses from various cities around Germany and Austria directly to the circuit. More information can be found on the eventbus.eu website.
