Getting around at the Singapore Grand Prix
In this guide you’ll learn about the different options to help you get around during the Singapore Grand Prix™.
Getting around Singapore is relatively easy but navigating a street circuit on race weekend can get a little tricky.
If you’ve opted for a hotel in Marina Bay walking is often the quickest and easiest way to get around. Some roads will be closed to pedestrians and you may find yourself being routed through underpasses and in and out of shopping centres to navigate your way around the circuit.
In some cases it can be easier to jump on the Singapore subway (MRT) for a couple of stops. Singapore’s subway system (MRT) is fast, efficient and clean with increased services running late into the night on race weekend to cope with the higher demand. Most access gates to the circuit are within walking distance of a subway (MRT) station.
There are also designated taxi points located around the entrance gates for both arriving and departing from the circuit.
