Getting around during the United States Grand Prix™
In this guide you’ll learn about the different options to help you get around during the United States Grand Prix™.
Getting to the Circuit of the Americas from downtown Austin is relatively easy using the shuttle buses that run frequently throughout the race weekend using a dedicated bus lane.
More than 600 buses operate from three different locations around Austin. Tickets must be purchased online in advance of travel. Stay in downtown Austin and you’ll be within walking distance of the shuttle bus services to and from COTA.
Once you’re at COTA, there are tram services to help you get to your grandstand.
Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc) are a popular way to get around in Austin. When booking a rideshare to and from the circuit, remember that drop-off and pick-up for rideshare vehicles is about a 3.5-mile ride from the circuit entrance gates by complimentary shuttle bus.
All cars parking on-site require a pre-purchased parking pass.
