Most Formula One fans attending the Hungarian Grand Prix will stay in central Budapest and take advantage to combine a trip to the Grand Prix with a few days in one of Europe’s most picturesque and historic cities.

There are plenty of hotels in Budapest but standards vary enormously so sticking with known chains or seeking recommendations is a good idea. You’ll find a good selection of hotels whatever your budget.

Camp sites are available at the circuit and some have pre pitched tents so you don’t need to take your own.
