Where to stay during the Italian Grand Prix

​Staying in Milan

Milan is the best base for an Italian Grand Prix weekend, offering a wide range of hotels and excellent transport links. Staying near the central station will keep your travel time to and from Monza to a minimum. It is also a convenient choice if you are driving, as it provides good access to the highways.
Hotels close to Milano Centrale station, ideal for trains to Monza and highway access, include: If you prefer to stay in a more central area, several hotels are only a few metro stops from Milano Centrale, including:

Staying in Bergamo

Bergamo is another great option, with a mix of independent hotels and mid-range chains. It also has direct train and shuttle bus connections to Monza, making it a convenient choice. However, you’ll have a longer commute to and from the circuit compared to staying in Milan.

Camping Near the Circuit

You can also camp just a short walk from the circuit. Companies like GPTents provide pre-pitched tents, so you don’t need to bring your own, offering a hassle-free way to stay close to the action.

Staying by Lake Como

For a scenic stay, consider basing yourself near Lake Como. This option offers beautiful views and a relaxed setting but will add extra travel time to the circuit. If you want to split your trip, staying in Milan for the race weekend and heading to the lake afterward can be a great option.
Hotels around Lake Como: If you choose to stay in the Lake Como area, be sure to plan for the additional travel time required to reach the Monza circuit.
