What our customers say…

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

FAQ's

Most international travellers land in Tokyo or Osaka. From either city, you can take the bullet train to Nagoya, the closest major city to Suzuka Circuit. Domestic flights are also an option.

Nagoya is the best base for the Grand Prix weekend. It is one of Japan's largest cities and offers a wide range of accommodation to suit different budgets. All hotels in our packages are within a short walk of JR Nagoya Station, which is the main departure point for transfers to the circuit.

Suzuka is one of the most respected circuits on the Formula One calendar. Its figure-eight layout, high-speed corners, and technical chicanes make it a genuine test of both car and driver. Japanese fans are among the most knowledgeable and passionate in the sport, and the atmosphere at the circuit reflects that. A trip to the Japanese Grand Prix also gives you the opportunity to explore one of the world's most distinctive travel destinations, from Tokyo and Kyoto to the mountains and temples in between.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. You will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself, plus the support series that runs across all three days.

Tickets typically go on sale shortly after the previous year's Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Nagoya are available to book more than a year in advance.

April in Suzuka is mild, with daytime temperatures typically ranging from around 10°C to 20°C. Mornings and evenings can be cooler, so it is worth dressing in layers. Some rainfall is possible, as April is part of the spring season in Japan. It is worth packing a light waterproof just in case.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Flights, accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.

• Option to tour Japan before or after the Grand Prix weekend
• Option to upgrade to Business Class flights

Accommodation and transfers

All hotels in our packages are within a one to twenty minute walk of JR Nagoya Station, so no additional transport is needed within Nagoya.

A well-organised Circuit Express bus service offers direct round-trip transfers between JR Nagoya Station and Suzuka Circuit. The cost is 8,000 JPY, approximately £40 per person, which is not included in our packages and must be booked directly closer to the time. The journey takes around two hours each way. Buses from Nagoya typically depart from around 6:30am, with return services from the circuit operating from around 4:30pm on Friday and Saturday, and after the race on Sunday. All times are approximate, based on the previous year’s schedule, and are expected to align with the official track timetable.

Trains are another option, though they require a change along the way. You can travel to Suzuka Circuit Ino Station with a transfer, or take the train to Shiroko Station, which has more convenient connections. Shuttle buses run between Shiroko Station and the circuit during race weekend. At busy times, queues for the shuttle can be long, with waits of up to two hours not unusual.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.
