What our customers say…

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

Send an enquiry and we will put together a quote tailored to you.

FAQ's

For international travellers, flying into Miami International Airport is the most direct option.

Miami is a vibrant city with a lot to offer beyond the racing. The Grand Prix weekend has a festival feel, with live concerts, DJ sets, and entertainment running alongside the track action. The weather in early May is warm and sunny, which adds to the atmosphere. It is a good choice for fans who want a race weekend that doubles as a city break.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. You will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself, plus the support series that runs across all three days. If time is limited, attending on Sunday for the race alone is perfectly viable.

Tickets typically go on sale shortly after the previous year's Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Miami are available to book more than a year in advance.

Early May in Miami is warm. Daytime temperatures average around 28°C. The humidity can make it feel warmer than it is, so staying hydrated and using sunscreen is worth doing. May is the start of the rainy season, and short, heavy showers are possible, particularly in the afternoon or evening. It is worth being prepared for a brief downpour.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Flights, accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.

Additional Information

Solo travellers & single room occupancy

If you are travelling alone or require a single occupancy room, a supplement will apply. The cost depends on your choice of hotel and the length of your trip. Let us know which package you are interested in and we will calculate the additional cost for you.

Tailor-make your experience

  • Option to add extra nights in Miami
  • Option to add a holiday in the US or Mexico before or after your Grand Prix weekend
  • Option to upgrade to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class flights

Accommodation and transfers

We use hotels in downtown Miami that are a short walk from Miami Central Station. Brightline trains run from Miami Central Station to Aventura Brightline Station throughout race weekend, with a complimentary shuttle service to and from Hard Rock Stadium. The journey from Miami Central Station to Aventura Brightline Station takes around 17 minutes.

Even if you plan to take a taxi or rideshare to and from the circuit, it is worth considering the Brightline train as a backup for your return journey. Wait times for taxis and rideshares after the Grand Prix can be long.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.
