Accommodation and transfers

Packages based in Aachen include flights to Cologne or Dusseldorf with chauffeur-drive airport transfers to Aachen. Packages based in Maastricht include flights to Amsterdam with onward travel to Maastricht using the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines coach service. We can advise on the best flight options based on your departure point.

It is also possible to travel from London to Brussels via Eurostar, with connecting trains to Aachen. Self-drive from Folkestone to Calais using Eurotunnel Le Shuttle is another option. If you are travelling from elsewhere in the world, let us know and we will put together a tailored quote.

Official Belgian Grand Prix shuttle buses to Spa-Francorchamps are included in our Maastricht and Aachen packages. Coaches depart from the station, which is a short walk from your hotel. Transfers depart for Spa at 7:30am and return at 7pm.

If you prefer more flexibility, the best option is to take a train from Aachen to Verviers Central Station, then use the regular bus service between Verviers and the Spa circuit.

If you would like to stay as close to the action as possible, limited accommodation is available at the Spa circuit itself from £2,500 per room per night. Let us know if this is something you would like to explore and we will check availability for you.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

FAQ's

If you are travelling from the UK, you can reach Belgium via Eurostar to Brussels, the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle from Folkestone to Calais, or by flying to Cologne, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, or Brussels, with onward travel by train or road. If you are travelling from elsewhere, let us know and we will advise on the best options for your departure point.

The most practical bases for the Belgian Grand Prix are Maastricht, Aachen, and Liège. All three offer a range of hotels and good transport connections to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Shuttle buses run from Maastricht and Aachen to the circuit. If you prefer more flexibility, you can take a train to Verviers Central Station and then a regular bus service to Spa-Francorchamps. Driving is also an option for those who prefer it.

Spa-Francorchamps is one of the most celebrated circuits on the Formula One calendar. Drivers consistently rate it among their favourites, thanks to its long straights, fast corners, and the iconic Eau Rouge and Raidillon section. The circuit sits in the Ardennes forest, which adds to the atmosphere. For many fans, attending the Belgian Grand Prix is a bucket list experience.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. Grandstand tickets are available as individual days or three-day packages, so you can choose which days to attend. You will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself, plus the support series that runs across all three days.

Tickets typically go on sale shortly after the previous year's Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in towns and cities around the Spa circuit are available to book more than a year in advance.

Spa-Francorchamps is located in the Ardennes, which is known for its changeable weather. July is one of the warmer months, with average daytime temperatures around 22°C. Rain is always possible, so it is worth packing a waterproof layer and being prepared for varying conditions.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Flights, accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.
