Accommodation and transfers

Our preferred hotels are the Kempinski Residences & Suites, Andaz Doha by Hyatt, City Centre Rotana, W Doha Hotel & Residences, and JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha. These hotels are a 15 to 20 minute walk from the DECC Metro station. The journey time to Lusail Metro Station is 16 minutes. A shuttle service operates from Lusail Metro Station to and from the circuit. Taxis also have to drop off and pick up at Lusail Metro Station. This information may change for this year’s Grand Prix, but we expect it to remain the same.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

FAQ's

Qatar Airways operates direct flights to Doha from cities across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond. Hamad International Airport is a major hub, making Doha accessible from virtually anywhere in the world.

Downtown Doha has the highest concentration of hotels, ranging from comfortable mid-range options to luxury properties. The metro provides efficient transport to Lusail International Circuit, so a hotel within easy walking distance of a metro station with a direct connection to Lusail is a practical choice. Resort-style hotels outside the city are also available, though these generally require private transfers to reach the circuit.

Taxis and ride-share services such as Uber are readily available and can take you directly to Lusail International Circuit. The metro is another practical option. Our preferred hotels are a 15 to 20 minute walk from the DECC Metro station, with a 16-minute journey to Lusail Metro Station. A shuttle service runs from Lusail Metro Station to the circuit during Grand Prix weekend.

The Qatar Grand Prix takes place at night, under floodlights that illuminate the track against the desert backdrop. The racing is close and competitive, and the weather in November is ideal for outdoor events. Doha is also a city worth exploring beyond the race weekend, with a mix of modern architecture, traditional souqs, and cultural attractions.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. You will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself, plus the support series that runs across all three days.

Tickets typically go on sale shortly after the previous year's Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Doha are available to book more than a year in advance.

November in Qatar is generally clear and sunny. Daytime temperatures typically range from around 20°C to 25°C, with cooler evenings that can drop to around 15°C. Rain is uncommon, so the chances of wet weather during the Grand Prix are minimal.
