What our customers say…

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

Send an enquiry and we will put together a quote tailored to you.

FAQ's

A number of major European airlines offer direct flights to Las Vegas from cities including London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt. If direct flights are not available, frequent connections via other US cities make Las Vegas easy to reach from most places.

Las Vegas has more hotel rooms than almost any other city in the world, so availability is rarely a problem. The best base is on or close to the Las Vegas Strip, which forms part of the circuit, so you will not need to travel far to reach your grandstand or hospitality venue.

Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world, and the Formula One Grand Prix adds to an already exceptional list of things to see and do. Because the race takes place at night, your days are free to explore everything the city has to offer. It is a Grand Prix unlike any other on the calendar.

Three days gives you the full experience. Grandstand tickets are sold as three-day passes, so you will see all the practice and qualifying sessions as well as the race itself. Your days are free to enjoy the city, with the track action taking place in the evening.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Las Vegas are available to book more than a year in advance.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Flights, accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.

Additional Information

Solo travellers & single room occupancy

If you are travelling alone or require a single occupancy room, a supplement will apply. The cost depends on your choice of hotel and the length of your trip. Let us know which package you are interested in and we will calculate the additional cost for you.

Tailor-make your experience

• Option to add extra nights in Las Vegas
• Option to add a holiday in the US after your Grand Prix weekend
• Option to upgrade to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class flights

Accommodation and transfers

If you want to keep costs down, I recommend The LINQ Hotel. It is on the Strip, and the LINQ complex is directly behind it, with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

For mid-range, Vdara and Virgin Hotels are both well located. Vdara is on the Strip. Virgin is particularly well placed if you are in the Hamilton or Main Grandstands.

If you prefer a different hotel, we can arrange that too.

One thing worth knowing: Las Vegas hotels charge a compulsory resort fee, paid directly to the hotel. We will confirm the exact amount at the time of booking.

Las Vegas is a street circuit. Most fans walk from their hotel. A taxi or rideshare is always an option if you prefer.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.
