What our customers say…

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

FAQ's

Jeddah is well connected by direct flights from cities across Europe, Asia, and beyond. Saudi Arabian Airlines and several international carriers operate routes into King Abdulaziz International Airport. If a direct flight is not available from your departure point, connections through Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Doha are a practical alternative.

Several hotels are within walking distance of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, ranging from 15 to 60 minutes on foot. Choosing a hotel within walking distance, even if the walk is longer, gives you more flexibility and means you are not relying solely on taxis or ride-share services, particularly after the race.

Driving is the main way to reach the circuit for most visitors. Taxis and ride-share services are available, but demand is high during race weekend, particularly after the race. Staying within walking distance of the circuit is the most reliable option.

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is one of the fastest street circuits on the Formula One calendar. The combination of high speeds, narrow barriers, and little room for error makes for unpredictable and exciting racing. The race takes place at night, under floodlights along the Red Sea corniche, which adds to the atmosphere. Jeddah itself is a city undergoing significant change, with a growing cultural scene, good food, and easy access to the historic old town of Al-Balad.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. You will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself, plus the support series that runs across all three days.

Tickets typically go on sale shortly after the previous year's Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Jeddah are available to book more than a year in advance.

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix takes place in March. Daytime temperatures are warm, typically ranging from the mid-20s to low 30s Celsius. As the race takes place in the evening, temperatures are more comfortable by the time the cars are on track. Humidity can be noticeable given the coastal location, but conditions are generally pleasant for an outdoor event.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Flights, accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.

Additional Information

Solo travellers & single room occupancy

If you are travelling alone or require a single occupancy room, a supplement will apply. The cost depends on your choice of hotel and the length of your trip. Let us know which package you are interested in and we will calculate the additional cost for you.

Tailor-make your experience

• Option to add extra nights before or after your trip
• Option to upgrade to Business Class flights

Accommodation and transfers

Several hotels are within a 15 to 60 minute walk of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Driving is the main way to reach the circuit, so choosing a hotel within walking distance, even if the walk takes 45 to 60 minutes, gives you peace of mind that you are not relying solely on taxis or ride-share services.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.
