Additional Information

Solo travellers & single room occupancy

If you are travelling alone or require a single occupancy room, a supplement will apply. The cost depends on your choice of hotel and the length of your trip. Let us know which package you are interested in and we will calculate the additional cost for you.

Accommodation and transfers

We use a selection of hotels in Stratford-upon-Avon, approximately a one-hour transfer from Silverstone. Shared coaches depart the hotels after breakfast and return at the end of the day’s racing.

Pricing and availability

Flights, accommodation, and tickets are priced on live availability. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and may increase in line with availability and exchange rates. Confirming your booking is the only way to secure the price quoted.

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

FAQ's

Silverstone is one of the fastest and most celebrated circuits on the Formula One calendar. The layout is high-speed and flowing, with the Maggots-Becketts-Chapel complex widely regarded as one of the greatest sequences of corners in motorsport. The British Grand Prix regularly draws some of the largest crowds of the season, and the atmosphere is among the best of any race weekend. Seven of the ten Formula One teams have their factories close to the circuit, which gives the event a genuine sense of home for much of the paddock.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. You will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself, plus the support series across all three days.

Silverstone is in the countryside, so accommodation options close to the circuit are limited. Camping is available at the circuit and is a popular choice, with a festive atmosphere and live entertainment throughout the weekend. If camping is not for you, nearby towns such as Stratford-upon-Avon and Northampton offer hotel options within a manageable distance of the circuit.

Birmingham Airport is the closest major airport, around 45 minutes from the circuit by road. London Heathrow is also a good option, around 90 minutes away. Trains and coaches run regularly from London to nearby towns. If you are travelling from overseas, it is worth checking visa requirements for the UK before you book.

July at Silverstone can be warm and sunny, but the weather is unpredictable. Rain is always possible, and the wind can pick up across the open circuit. It is worth packing layers and a waterproof regardless of the forecast.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.
