What our customers say…

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

Send an enquiry and we will put together a quote tailored to you.

FAQ's

Azerbaijan Airlines operates direct services from a handful of European and Asian cities. Most fans will find more choice on indirect flights via Frankfurt, Istanbul, Dubai, or Doha. We include return flights in all our packages. Send us your preferred departure airport and we will put together a flight-inclusive quote.

A city centre hotel is the best option. You can walk to the circuit, which means no transfers and no queuing. Hotel quality in Baku can vary, so it is worth sticking to well-known hotel chains. Choosing a hotel close to your grandstand will keep walking to a minimum, though Baku is easy to navigate on foot and taxis are readily available.

The Baku City Circuit is one of the most distinctive venues on the Formula One calendar. The track runs through the streets of the city, combining a long flat-out straight with extremely tight corners through the historic Old City. The racing is often unpredictable, and the city itself is worth exploring. During Grand Prix weekend, there are concerts and entertainment alongside the racing.

We recommend four days, from Thursday to Sunday. This gives you time for practice, qualifying, and the race, as well as the support series that runs across all three days. Grandstand tickets are valid for three days as standard. If time is limited, attending on Sunday for the race alone is perfectly viable.

Tickets usually go on sale around six months before the Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Baku are available to book more than a year in advance.

You can walk from most city centre hotels to your grandstand. Baku also has a metro system and metered taxis if you prefer not to walk. There is no need for circuit transfers.

Yes. Every year we help people plan a Grand Prix trip for someone else. If you are not an F1 fan yourself but want to give someone the experience of attending a live Grand Prix, get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. All bookings are ATOL protected and covered by the Travel Trust Association. Your money is secure from the moment you book.

We take care of everything from start to finish. Flights, accommodation, tickets, transfers, and all your travel documents are organised for you. You just need to show up and enjoy the racing.
