What our customers say…

How we work

We work as a specialist travel agency for Formula One fans. Rather than block-booking hotels and flights in advance, we search for the best available options for each trip and build a package around your preferences.

Every package includes the essentials. Race tickets, flights, accommodation, and practical information to help you get the most out of your weekend. If you want to add extras or upgrades, we can help with that too.

Send an enquiry and we will put together a quote tailored to you.

Additional Information

Solo travellers & single room occupancy

If you are travelling alone or require a single occupancy room, a supplement will apply. The cost depends on your choice of hotel and the length of your trip. Let us know which package you are interested in and we will calculate the additional cost for you.

Tailor-make your experience

• Option to include private circuit transfers
• Option to add extra nights before or after your trip
• Option to upgrade to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class flights

Accommodation and transfers

In past years, shuttle buses have run from several hotels directly to the circuit, including the Sofitel, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, InterContinental Regency, Downtown Rotana, Conrad Hotel, Wyndham Garden Manama, Gulf Hotel, The K Hotel, Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, and The Olive Hotel. While the details for the shuttles will be published on bahraingp.com a few weeks before the Grand Prix, the service has remained consistent over the years.

The Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa is around a ten-minute drive from the Bahrain International Circuit and is usually served by the complimentary shuttle service.

Uber and Careem both operate in Bahrain, so you can book a car for immediate pick-up or schedule one for a specific time. Taxis can be booked by phone, app, or through your hotel front desk.

FAQ's

Bahrain International Airport is served by direct flights from many cities. If a direct flight is not available from your departure point, connections through Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Doha are a practical alternative.

The Bahrain Grand Prix is one of the few night races on the Formula One calendar. The floodlit circuit creates a striking setting, and the race often delivers close and competitive action. The event takes place in March, when the weather is mild and pleasant. It is also a good opportunity to explore Bahrain, a destination with a rich history and culture that is worth time beyond the race weekend.

Three days, from Friday to Sunday, gives you the full experience. Grandstand tickets are sold as three-day tickets, so you will see practice and qualifying as well as the race itself and the support series.

Tickets typically go on sale shortly after the previous year's Grand Prix.

Flights are generally released around 50 weeks before travel, though this varies by airline.

Many hotels in Bahrain are available to book more than a year in advance.

March in Bahrain is generally mild and pleasant. Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-20s to low 30s Celsius, which can feel warm during the afternoon sessions. As the race takes place in the evening, temperatures cool down, making it comfortable for spectators under the floodlights. It is worth bringing a light layer for the cooler evening air. Humidity is usually low, but it is worth checking the forecast closer to the event.
